Client notes that stay on your computer

A consultant records meetings with different clients all week. The app transcribes and summarizes each one on their own PC, so one client's material never mixes with another's on someone else's server.

The problem

Clients share strategy, numbers and plans, and many contracts say it stays between you. Sending the recording to a transcription service, or letting a notetaker bot join the call, is hard to explain to a client who asks where their meeting went.

How it works

1. Press Record meeting (microphone only in person; microphone plus system audio for a video call).
2. Stop. Transcription runs on your PC, in Spanish, English or automatic language detection.
3. Open the meeting from Your meetings, grouped by today, yesterday, this week and older. Rename it and assign it to a Project, one per client.
4. With Pro, use the action bar on that meeting: Minutes, Summary, Tasks, Email, Ask. The local assistant works only with that meeting and runs on your PC.
5. Edit the text, rename speakers once and have it applied to all their turns, then export .txt or .json.

Why it suits consulting work

• One tool for several clients: Projects keep each client's meetings together.
• The follow-up email and task list are drafted from the transcript, so the note you send is ready in minutes.
• You can say, truthfully, that the audio stayed on your computer, and point the client to the page that shows how to verify it.

Honest limits

• Windows 10 and 11 only.
• The free plan transcribes sessions up to 45 minutes and lets you listen back. Editing text, speaker renaming, reprocessing and the AI assistant are Pro ($5.99 per month or $49 per year).
• Drafts can contain errors; review before sending anything to a client.
• Tell clients you are recording and get consent where required.

Does a bot join my client calls?

No. AirGapScribe captures audio on your PC; nobody else appears in the call.

Can I keep each client separate?

Yes, assign each meeting to a Project.

Does it work in Spanish and English?

Yes, transcription language is automatic, Spanish or English.
